Electrical energy in the Czech Republic is going green. That is the case in
two regions of the country, where locals can now opt for energy generated
from alternative, recycled sources. Sources that include wind and solar,
as well as small hydroelectric power stations. Though environmentally
friendly electrical energy is rather common in Western European countries,
such as the Netherlands, Great Britain and Germany, the Czech Republic has
only just started its journey down the "green" path.
