] Dita Asiedu spoke to government spokesman, Libor Roucek asking him first about the government's official standpoint on Nato's military action in Yugoslavia:
Czech response to NATO air strikes But how has the official Czech reaction been received by observers in the media? Rob Cameron spoke to Jan Urban, editor of Transitions magazine. The Czech government said shortly after air strikes began that it had always been in favour of a diplomatic solution to the crisis, and that the use of air strikes had been decided by NATO before the Czech Republic became a member of the alliance. Does this amount to Prague distancing itself from the use of force do you think? Dienstbier about Kosovo - interview UN special envoy for human rights in former Yugoslavia, former Czech foreign minister Jiri Dienstbier, is familiar with the situation in the Balkans.
