The Czech state should pay at least a third of the rent for the period of
March 12 through June to entrepreneurs who have had to close due to

The support would go to businesses of all kinds, from shopping centers to small stores, pubs and hair salons, whose landlords agree to forgiving a third of the rent. The tenant would pay the remaining third.
The opposition has been pushing for such support. Minister of Industry and Trade Karel Havlíček (for ANO) said the government should discuss the measure next week, but no later than May 11.
Another Czech satellite will be sent into orbit this year, launched from a

Healthcare professionals performed 4,192 tests for the new coronavirus on

The number of confirmed coronavirus cases has risen for three days in a row
following a period of gradual decrease from April 20 to April 27.
April 27 saw an increase of just 41 cases, but the past three days have brought a daily increase, with 103 new cases registered on Thursday. The daily increase in Covid-19 cases had been below 100 in the previous eight days.
The number of people fighting the disease is 4,138 of which 344 are hospitalized. 237 people have died. Over 249,000 people have been tested altogether.
